We’re a husband-and-wife team—plus one fabulous soda queen!—who believe every important life moment deserves flowers, fizz, and a whole lot of fun. Together, we bring a unique twist to Castle Rock with the perfect mix of blooms, bubbles, and gifts for every occasion.
Petals & Pop is an extension of our original botanical design studio, The Flower Shop at Castle Pines, where our floral journey first took root—and continues to thrive!

TIFFANY & ERIC
Petals & Pop is proudly powered by The Flower Shop at Castle Pines—our flagship design studio and the heart of where it all began. If you're looking for full-service floral design, wedding florals, or outdoor design projects, The Flower Shop is your go-to destination. Eric, an award-winning horticulturist with over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture and botany, and Tiffany, with 23 years of expertise in weddings and floral design, have been bringing floral dreams to life since 2012.
From first dates and weddings to new homes and dinner parties—and even houseplant therapy during the pandemic—flowers have been at the center of their story. Their combined talents bring a unique and personal touch to every event, and their Castle Pines studio continues to be the hub for all things floral and botanical.

CAMILLE
For 20 years, Camille’s been raising her three amazing kids while juggling piano lessons, working with special-needs children, running the Castle Crocs swim team, and volunteering throughout the Castle Rock community. Her deep love for this town and its people shines through everything she does.
Camille has always dreamed of owning her own business—and now she’s making that dream a reality at Petals & Pop! She’s passionate about creating fun, trendy, social experiences and firmly believes every day gets brighter with pebble ice, a straw, and a fizzy drink in hand.
